Kitchen diner knock through
We work closely with our structural engineer to introduce a specified steel beam that safely carries the load of the floor above. It’s the right way to open up a kitchen and dining room into one open-plan space.
Bi-fold and remodelling knock through
Opening up a rear wall for bi-folds, larger windows or doors needs the same care. We remove, rebuild and remodel larger projects, with the steelwork, lintels and making good all handled by our own qualified team.
Garage to home knock through
A simple job to carry out, usually in and out in two days. Lintels go in, a new door and casing are fitted, and all the rubbish is removed from site. It’s often done alongside a garage conversion to give the new room access from the house.
Building control included
Structural knock throughs need building regulations approval. We arrange the structural calculations and Building Control inspections, so you get the sign-off certificate at the end.
